With nearly 30 years of experience and a PhD in animal nutrition, I bring a combination of deep scientific expertise and practical experience in global R&D environments.

As founder of Adept R&D Consulting, I provide temporary R&D capacity and experienced support where additional expertise is needed. In addition, I work with organisations to improve how teams operate, how trials are designed and how results are interpreted — in a structured and practical way. I also support the development and expansion of R&D capabilities, including the set-up of research facilities and guidance during implementation.
