For thirty years I worked at the forefront of animal nutrition research, across regions and cultures, leading and contributing to projects that shaped the industry. I’ve seen the incredible creative potential of R&D teams – and the loss when quality and reliability were not given the same attention as innovation.

That mix of passion and frustration pushed me to take the next step: founding ADEPT R&D Consulting. The name says it all – adept means skilled, expert, capable – and it reflects both my own deep expertise and my commitment to helping organizations achieve the highest standards in research.
